The Residences at the Crossings luxury apartments, located on the Crossings Park of Colonie, are raising the bar for apartment living in the Capital Region. Our team designed, developed and delivered a promotional sales brochure and website befitting such high-end living. We began with custom photography for the print brochure, and from there, designed and developed a customized WordPress website complete with an interactive floor plan where users can see available and unavailable apartments. We also seamlessly connected pre-existing apartment management software with AppFolio, enabling potential residents to find all the rental information they need in one place.
