Health Benefits Publications Project Manager

We are currently seeking qualified applicants for a vacancy on our health benefits publications team.

The project manager will work with a team of subject matter experts, account managers and graphic designers to manage the editorial and graphic changes for our contracted health benefit publications. The position serves as the liaison between in-house team members, develops schedules and timelines for delivery of published materials and manages the distribution to internal and external audiences.

  • Ability to work independently (resourceful) as well as a member of a larger team

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills; ability to prioritize project deadlines

  • Keen attention to detail

  • Strong composition/editing/proofreading skills

  • Ability to communicate and collaborate cross functionally, with a proven track record of managing complex projects to completion

  • Print, web and interactive content development/writing

Minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in English, journalism, or communications

  • 5+ years' relevant experience managing complex projects to completion

  • Health insurance benefits communications experience preferred

  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite

  • Experience with Drupal, Wordpress or Joomla

  • Knowledge or exposure to HTML, PHP and ColdFusion
